Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn Kigurumi back into its original bag and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
